Watauga Entrepreneur Development Partnership
Start Your Own Business in Watauga County
The Watauga Entrepreneur Development Partnership is a comprehensive program to support new entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship in Watauga County. The Appalachian Regional Development Institute (ARDI), Watauga County business people and service providers, and the ASU Walker College of Business have united forces to help entrepreneurs gain basic management, marketing, and finance skills to develop a successful business.
The Watauga Entrepreneur Development Partnership program is designed to assist individual entrepreneurs and establish a long-term supportive culture for entrepreneurship and small business development. This includes forming a core group in the community, jump-starting a group of potential entrepreneurs, and creating an ongoing support structure. Mentoring and instruction will come from successful entrepreneurs and business experts.
